What forms of payment does Nuclear by Design accept?

We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Apple pay and Paypal. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

Buying on Nuclear by Design

When you buy something on Nuclear by Design, the money goes into a neutral escrow account so the Seller does not get paid until you have received your product and had time to review it.

The funds are not released until 48 hours after Nuclear by design has gotten confirmation that you have received your item. So you can be confident that you will get what you bought and know that it is what it is advertised to be.

How do I check the status of an order?

In “My orders” you can see the progress of all of them. Once delivered, you will receive more information on how to track the package and when it will arrive.

To check the status of your sale, hover over your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click it and choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.

If on the right hand side of the listing title the icon is Orange, it means that the item has not shipped yet. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the tracking number has been put into the system and your order receipt with your dashboard will provide the info for you to track the shipment.

How can I report a problem with my order?

If you encounter an issue with your order, you can report it by contacting customer support (team@nuclearbydesign.com). Make sure to include details such as the order number and any relevant photos of the problem to ensure a quick resolution.

What if my order is lost by the postal service?

If your order is lost during transit, Nuclear by Design may assist in resolving the issue by tracking the package and possibly issuing a replacement. We generally recommend waiting a certain period before declaring the package lost.

How are returns handled in cases of quality issues or if customers change their minds?

For returns due to quality issues, Nuclear by Design will take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund. If a customer simply changes their mind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason and the product’s condition.

What if the recipient’s address is incorrect?

If the recipient’s address is incorrect, the package will likely be returned to the sender or lost. In case of a returned package, Nuclear by Design will reach out to confirm the correct address and may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Where do returned items go?

Returned items are sent to the Nuclear by Design facility that processed the original order. Depending on the reason for the return, they may be donated, recycled, or disposed of to ensure proper handling of the products.

My order says it’s being returned to the sender. What should I do?

If your order is marked as being returned to the sender, this could be due to an incorrect address or delivery failure. You should contact Nuclear by Design support team (team@nuclearbydesign.com) to confirm the issue and arrange for the package to be resent. Note that additional shipping fees may apply.

What is the time limit for submitting a return/exchange request?

Customers usually have 30 days from the date they receive their order to submit a return or exchange request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Nuclear by Design may extend this period, depending on the issue.

Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to every country but a list of countries subject to restrictions which may change based on global events, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations:

  • The regions of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea
